 You can try this first , Thai ham made (the old) map for Thailand but may be not zoom to your location at you want. if it has password for unzip use = APRSTH

ขอโทษครับภาษาฝรั่งผมคุยกะแกไปแบบความรู้ม.๓
อยากให้ช่วยกันหน่อยครับ หากใครมีแผนที่ไทย ผมลองไปหา ลิงค์เก่าๆ มีตายไปเยอะครับ เลยส่งที่พอจะโหลดได้ไปให้แกก่อน แต่มันเป็นแผนที่ ที่ทำกันนานแล้ว เห็นทั้งประเทศไม่ได้เฉพาะเจาะจงส่วนต่างๆ  แต่ผมก็ถามเขาไปว่า เขาต้องการส่วนไหนโดยเฉพาะหรือเปล่า เดี๋ยวจะหาให้
ในช่วงนี้ ใครที่มีอะไรใหม่ๆก็ช่วย บอกด้วยน่ะครับ หรือบางทีเขามาไทยก็จะได้มีพ๊าดเน้อ คือเพื่อน APRS ที่จะได้แนะนำแกหรือให้แกแนะนำอะไรดีๆก็เป็นไปได้
หรือใครจะเมลล์ไปคุยกะแกโดยตรงก็ได้ครับ

เค้าตอบมาแล้วครับ น่าจะเป็นโซนหัวหินและกรุงเทพฯ ครับ  พี่ๆท่านใดที่มีแผนที่หรือรู้ลิงค์ดาวโหลดแผนที่ ที่มีเพิ่มเติมมากกว่าลิงค์ที่ผมส่งให้ (โพสบน) ช่วยแนะนำด้วยครับ จะได้ส่งให้เขา
ส่วน Tracker เขากลัวเสี่ยง และเขาต้องการใช้งานผ่านอินเตอร์เน็ตมากกว่า คงจะใช้หลายอย่าง

Hi Chan,

Thanks for the map links and mails, I appreciate it. They don't exactly cover the southwest area where I will be, but at least give me something better than what I could otherwise find over the internet.

I didn't bother to apply for a license, because it seemed to be too much of a hassle. Therefore, I appreciate your offer, but I won't be able to use it. I usually carry at least some HT's with me on my trips, but HS seems to be too much of a risk and hassle to do so.

Instead, I will set UI-View up to send my location over the internet, along with my e-mail address as a comment. Maybe someone nearby will say hello. I will also be able to use Echolink. I can also control my home station on the HF bands in Germany over the internet, if I want to.

I will be near Hua Hin from the 12th, then in Bangkok for the last three days until the 28th.
